 Welcome to The Retread Bluegrass Band web site. We are an energetic group of talented pickers and singers from the greater Cincinnati area.



Retread covers Bluegrass, old time and gospel music. Active in the tri-state area since 2002, Retread has played numerous prominent venues including The Kentucky Wool Festival, Blue Ash Heritage Days, The Ohio Sauerkraut Festival, The Historic Southgate House, and symphonic collaborations with several local symphony orchestras. Retread has also been the featured artists at The Renfro Valley KY Music Center. Retread’s inaugural CD, “No Detours!” was written up in Bluegrass Unlimited magazine. Retread also plays numerous private parties and weddings.
